If I were in charge, I'd change the law so that if you commit a crime, not only do you have to serve time or whatever, you have to pay back what it took to catch you, investigate you and convict you. That should serve a few people shouldn't it.

You can take Student Loan money out of salaries before you give it to people, so get it there, for every £1 you earn, 10p goes back into the kitty as a sort of Criminal Tax. Sluts like that would think twice about doing evil things like this.
