This will be my last post on this forum. Please do not think you have won in that you have hounded me out - I have no worries about my ability to hold my own with any of the posters in here. It is more a case of not choosing to engage in personal insults which unfortunately this board is rapidly turning into. It is more for the sake of Ric and the future of the board.

People in here need to get a life and understand life goes on beyond Manchester City.

For anyone that took offence about the Mark Hughes "joke" I do NOT apologise. If you could not tell the difference between something that was posted as a joke and some of the other serious defamatory rubbish that gets printed on here then you really do need serious help.

And thanks to all the guys with whom I have shared views about Mark Hughes on.

I wish Manchester City FC every single success, I have done for years.

it was me that originally pulled the thread yesterday morning due to complaints about the content......it would seem it was reinstated after your post yeaterday....to which more complaints were received last night and it was pulled again

whilst i agree it was meant to be a joke, i also thought it was masquerading as some more sinister ant-hughes motive, not to mention we are trying to rid the board of constant regurgetated posts

your post was deemed to be regurgetated anti-hughes stuff and as such could have been posted in one of the many anti-hughes threads on here; not that it would have stopped the complaints or the fact it was drivel anyway mate.

and for the record; i'm not in the pro hughes camp either, but he's what we have at the moment, so he will get my non-vocal support ;p

i have no beef with you or anyone tbf and i have tried to stay out of most of the removing/locking mod duties...but there are times when it cant be ignored.

if you feel it necessary to leave the forum, then so be it.......but you are not the first to have topics locked/moved and you wont be the last......i cant remember how many of my topics used to go missing, but that's life mate.

What City needs right now are all the fans to get behind the manager and show him full support especially on match days.

The manager shouldn't be taking attention from the team, it's the team we should be backing. Hughes can look after himself.
