Vaguely. Weren’t we already in there before they turned up? About 77
I remember that . Police had allowed city fans in the away section . Obviously unaware that Spurs fans had travelled up . Until around 500 of them burst in at the top of the Kippax ! We always stood above the tunnel next to the away fans back in those daysRemember when Spurs came in late?
Well done to the Claremont for clinging on - Sherwood, Clarence, Birch Hotel, Beehive, The Whitworth, Parkside all gone.

It was on the Manchester Evening News post mate . I\d say around 77 . Same year or there-a-bouts as most of the other photo\s on there .What year is that mate ? Great photo :)
Always kicked off with those cunts through the late 70\s . Even before the 81 cup final . They always brought a fair sizes crew up with them .Dibble trying to get portable barriers between us …. Mayhem all game and a great result against the cunts
...and The Gardener's Arms. Would see Mike Pickering, Kevin Cummins and the much missed Rob Gretton (New Order's manager for the uninitiated) in there for every home game. The Albert gone too I think
Can't help noticing the blues a re cool and understated while the rags all look like bay city rollers fans with mental health issues.
