Cleared out my room today and added a new bedside cabinet. Behind some recent dvd's I uncovered about 10 VHS tapes, The Simpsons Greatest Hits, Friends, Oceans Eleven etc. Now to me these are useless but not sure if there was a good place that may give me a few quid (and I mean a few quid) for the lot similar to CEX exchange, but doubt they would even sniff at them. If not then better they go to a charity shop than the bin.

Did a clear out a while back with a load of blank VHS tapes but on one of them was the 10-1 game against Huddersfield, I was happy to keep that one, still got a couple of VHS players in the loft as I'm a cheap bastard and heat (typo)throwing anything out!
And sorry Rich can't help doubt there would be many takers maybe Ebay em?

Haha, I found a copy of 3-1 at Maine Rd from 2003 so I kept that. What about those second hand book shops like the one on Shudehill? assuming that you come from Manchester?
I know they do old magazines/books and sure I seen a few old porn vids on VHS not that I was looking for porn of course!
Charity shops is a good last resort though.

I managed to get rid of a load at a car boot last year. Bizarrely there's still a market for them.
