It would perhaps raise our profile in the UAE though but, if he fails as is probably likely, would it be counted productive for us? Maybe due to this its a gamble not worth taking.

1. No one has bigged him up to be better than 3/4 of the world's greats. That is just something you've made up. And no one even thinks he is better than players in the Prem. It takes more to be better than just great vision and a sweet touch. But simply put, he does have amazing vision, and a fantastic touch on the ball. That is undeniable. And that vision and touch dwarfs those of most players in the Prem. This doesn't make him better, (he'd have to come here and prove that on a consistent basis), but he needs not be in the Prem to have a better touch.
 
Perhaps I need to watch the video again but does he not over hit the majority of his passes? Admittedly he sees the opportunity for the pass in the first place but seems to think he's got Navas on the end of every one...

What you mean in his career so far ? He goes round overhitting passes everywhere ?

If fans nitpicked the faults in performances of Silva or Aguero or Yaya Toure or any of our squad the way people have done with this lad, we'd end up withh 11 new players, as none of them would be good enough.

from the clips on this thread he looks okay, rather than say anything negative about him, i'd just add that i wouldn't be dissappointed if we don't bid for him. to be honest, i wouldn't even be that bothered if the rags signed him.
 
Why not ? He won't cost much with our owners connections and if he turns out shite then its no harm done really. He looks to have talent and will help keep the FFP wolves from the door.
 
by the way, as per the latest fifa ranking, the ranking of UAE has improved tremendously to reach to 71 , which is very important if City is really interested to buy his contract
