Are we having a minutes silence on here tonight ?
You've hit the nail on the head. That’s true. There always seems to be less traffic in the post-match threads when we win compared to when we lose!
Rinse and repeat. They pretty much say the same thing when the buy a new player. ‘Game changer’ the Moroccan guy they bought to play in midfield was going to transform their team.
Wait untill were not winning after 10 minutes on the match day thread "I think this is because Omar has gone" type posts :-)I know, mental but hilarious to read
No it’s a minute’s applause at 23.00hrs ;)Are we having a minutes silence on here tonight ?
Not sure how to break it to you but a lot of our success has come from copying the setup and system of the most successful club in the world at the time, Barca, poaching their executives inc. Berrada and then throwing a lot of money at them and the project.
That also doesn’t mean we have to wish him well? You're missing the point he not a city fan its business a job, a promotion in his eyes.
No Omar, no party.Wait untill were not winning after 10 minutes on the match day thread "I think this is because Omar has gone" type posts :-)
You're missing the point he not a city fan its business a job, a promotion in his eyes.
It's like promoting City's assistant manager, to be their manager.Anyone else getting embarrassing messages off rag mates
Sigh
I get that we’re football fans and emotional ones at that. I do think “he knows how we feel about those rag scum” is probably not quite true. He didn’t grow up getting his City rucksack pissed on in the changing rooms by them.
We say the exact same thing about footballers, they earn millions already so why does fake Ronaldo go and play in a stadium with 5,000 fans for an extra buck? Your wealth is relative to those around you and you don’t become the CEO of a football club in the Premier League by letting emotions get in the way of financial/career decisions.
I get that, it’s just work for them. You're missing the point he not a city fan its business a job, a promotion in his eyes.
Worked for arsenal didn’t it…..It's like promoting City's assistant manager, to be their manager.
If they're getting cocky about that, then I would be sighing ;)
I heard he's an 80 million pound Chief of Football operations that they got for 40 million. Amazing job by them.Rinse and repeat. They pretty much say the same thing when the buy a new player. ‘Game changer’ the Moroccan guy they bought to play in midfield was going to transform their team.
