Off on a season long loan to Feyenoord by the sounds of it.

I don't know anything about the guy? What position does he play? Is he any good? Etc..

He plays CM, apparently he impressed on his last loan spell, which was at Stromsgodset, that was in 2011, don't know why its taken this long for him to be loaned out again. Might have been injured.

Because the OP has said he's looking like going on loan a.k.a a transfer, hence the transfer forum.
