This issue doesn’t just stem from this season; we had it last season as well. We need goals, and right now, we are too predictable in where we score from. The fact that Savio scored once doesn’t change the reality that we still lack a serious attacking threat. We pass, pass, pass, and pass some more—overcomplicating things. Marmoush, on the other hand, is direct and penetrates the 18-yard box with purpose. He’s not one to just pass backwards or to Haaland and hope for a miracle. He makes things happen, takes on defenders, and is a genuine threat in the final third. His style of play would add the unpredictability and cutting edge we desperately need to our attack.
Even if you don't think we absolutely need him, it doesn't change the fact that we should still go for him. Ultimately, he improves us.
