About a six. Because I've been ill all summer and have to take meds which are like a bat round the head.

Other than that, I've got a roof over my head, a big pan of stew on the stove, a couple of beers in the fridge and a marriage which looked dead six months ago but is now showing a few rays of hope. Can't complain too much.
