As a lowly blue with benefits member I noticed that I could buy tickets today for me and my 2 kids. Unfortunately the online system doesn't let me pick the seats like it did last year. Now it just says best available.

Unfortunately when I get to the check out stage where the seat numbers are shown they are not together! Why on earth would they think I would accept seats that are not together?

I shall have to go back to buying over the phone which includes the cost of an international phone call!

Idiots!

Try a different block. I bought tickets for Wembley on a best available basis and they were together

Where it says 'best available' hit the drop down and select a block. When you then check out it will give you seats together; I've got three together tonight. If they don't appear together, hit the 'x' first to take them out of your basket first.

It's not the system thats useless and idiots.

I gave up after 3 blocks.
In all 3 blocks 2 were together and one was apart.

Thanks for your help.

I sincerely hope this isn't the way they intend to continue. What the fuck good is it if you can't choose where you want to sit. I don't mind sitting pitch side as it lets my 12 year old son get a good view without someone standing in front of him. What a load of shit! I doubt those that (choose the best available) have actually ever sat in any of them to know whether they were the best available or not.

I would suggest that 3 together in this day and age is possibly a big ask depending on where you want to be. So it might not be the system but general availability?

Sorry to hear about the issues - I bought online this morning and it took about 2 minutes no issues - I was impressed!

It would appear that City are already pissin' off loyal fans with their latest frustrating piece of technology , which seems to make it even harder for fans to get the tickets they want ........ what will it do to floating fans who just want to come to selected games?

I already brought this issue up in another thread. I cant afford a seasoncard so i thought i'd go for the Blue membership with the "home ticket priority" add on for an extra £15. Imagine my horror this mornin when we went to get our tickets and realised that we couldn't pick where we wanted to sit. "Best Available" in Block 101? I don't think so!.

Managed to get in 109 most games last season, preferably wanted to sit somewhere with at least a bit of an atmosphere. So basically i've paid £15 for piss all!. Will probably have to wait till they go on general sale on Friday so i can pick where i wanna sit. Which kinda defeats the object of the "priority" side of things!.

I like the way none of this was explained when i bought the membership add on, and if it was it wasn't made very clear.

Shockin

It's shit that you can't pick where you want to sit, this will put alot of people off.

Do the club want people to come to games, they seem to be making it really hard to do something so simple.

tell me about it, it's already fuckin wound me up no end! Find it very very hard to justify payin 40 quid to be told where to sit.
