Few duped by this, try another trick of the mind, someone who’s done it before may try and be a smart arse but this usually works.

Write down “carrots and milk” on a piece of paper

Ask your “victim” to start at the number one and double up, so 2,4,8 and so on, interrupt them and ask:

“Name a vegetable”

Then resume the numbers and ask

“What do cows drink?”

Statistically the answers will be carrots and milk around 85% of the time but anyone who has heard before will distort the results.
