The deadline has passed in some countries but not all if my understanding is correct. The serie a window for bringing players in is now closed and although they can still sell players can you see a club selling a player and not being able to bring in a replacement? The only players that are going to leave clubs who can't buy players are going to be their fringe players aka shit players.

because it wasnt a bank holiday and it shut at midnight last year! anyways, my understanding was that there can be no more cross-border transfers but i may well be wrong!
