I hav egot a PS3 connect wirelessly to the net. Can you download sopcast to the hard drive so that I can watch games online, but on my big screen?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can do that, but if your TV has a VGA socket in the back you can connect your PC to the TV and use it as a monitor.

I've done this, and now my PS3 (HDMI) PC (VGA) & TV (SCART) all run off the same screen.

VGA Cable.

Sopcast won't work with the PS3 browser.

I think you can install windows... look for a "Install other OS" option. Then go for Sopcast I think.

Thanks guys, found a VGA-Scart on flea-bay for a quid & jack to jack lead for the same. SORTED. Thanks for all contributions.

Is the quality any better on the big screen or is it the same pixels etc?

It'll be the same quality.

I'd say worse, because it's the same resolution, but blown up, so each pixel is bigger.

Yeah true, watching a football stream on the TV won't make the stream quality any better.
