I'd like to believe that but the years weigh heavily.

Hahahaha.

I'd love to believe Tevez but after 43 seasons of mostly pain I tend to fall on the clevers side.

I'm as reasonably relaxed as I can be that we'll win it though.
I know mate,I think the Sunderland game the other week is in everyone's mind,we would of been champs now if we would of won that, scoring so early and blowing it.

What will be will be.

We are favorites but we are all aware of our clubs propensity to fuck up.

Im enjoying it

It turns out that point was quite good Sunderland have been on fire, beating one of our title rivals on the way

I'm not, going to have to double up on the BP tablets by Sunday : )

We've seen what has happened to Chelsea and Liverpool over the weekend and also in Spain where all three title contenders slipped up. Let's learn from that and go out and bury Villa good and proper. Also the experience we gained from the QPR title winning game should stand us in good stead for Sunday.

Funny thing is, on most fan forums they say the same thing about their club
The nature of football support I suppose. The hopes and dreams of most clubs are crushed year on year. Lets enjoy our time in the sun.

That'd the point, its not that easy, if it was the game would be too predictable. We need to play like we did against Palace away and Everton, the Palace game was a perfect example , it was described as routine, played within our self, content with a 2-0 lead, no ambition to kick on. Well look at what happened last night, Palace had very few shots on target and barely threatened against us but score 3 goals against a team ready to go out and bury the opposition. A 1-0 win will suffice tomorrow, but clearly hope for more for my nerves/BP etc.
