One Player You Wish Had Played For City?

Looking at a current theme I wish we had signed Arsharvin instead of Robino.

Never let it be said that you missed an opportunity to give Robinho a kicking eh? Hope you're man enough to front up on here when he proves you wrong.

I will be here as I have been since the first day he signed. If you did some research you'll see that TOP brazillian players (with top advisers) stay away from England for a good reason, (look at the best Brazillian players in the last 10/15 years not one has joined) they do not fit in with our football or culture.

Also if he was genuinely world class he'd still be at Real Madrid -where he was also surplus to requirements. If he proves me wrong and sets this team/league on fire then I'll happily be proved wrong, but from the evidence I have seen in the last 16 months and some of his comments I very much doubt it.

Couldn't give a monkeys pre-cum if i'm called rag, twat, dick or anything else. I wish Giggs and/or Scholes had played for us. 2 true pro's, amazing footballers and all round perfect players for me.
Two pages in, dont think i will see another post that i agree with more.

Whilst I agree with these as players, one thing that does grate with Giggs is the 'model pro' tag.....people seem to forget he beat Dani Behr up badly a few years ago.

Thought i'd resurrect this little number.
Gone through the thread and surprised no-one has mentioned Batistuta. Watching 'Footballs Greatest' on SS1 now, what a finisher he was. I think his name slips by most due to his allegiance to Fiorentina, rather than going to a bigger club, (which he had the option to do on more than one occasion). Quality player.
