Sometimes we need to stop other teams playing.
Unfortunately our replacement spoiler is injured and Yaya and Barry lacked the mobility to stop Ajax. We play an open game and in the premier we get away with it. In Europe especially this super league we have ended up in is a tough lesson. We cannot go from Premier champions to Champions of Europe in one season with this squad. Maybe Garcia and Rodwell a year on will make us a lot stronger for this new level.

yeah we look better when Silva is on the field. But we are good enough to win without him, we should have been coming away from Ajax with 3 points Wednesday regardless whether Silva played for 1 sec, 1 minute, 1 hour.

I think we would have won if we'd just kept the same formation for another 20 mins or so. The Ajax goal was a cock up, against the run of play at that time.
