O'Neill [Merged]

Re: Has O'Neill resigned?

Cant see it personally, O'Neill is the sort of character and gentleman to see the season out. Cant see why he would quit at this part of the season when Villa have a mathematical chance for 4th still even if he has fallen out with Randy Bloke.

Has echoes of the Sven/Thaksin row to some degree. And they got thumped 7-1 as well, in the same way we did at Boro.

Difference is Sven knew he was already going and didn't really care about a game on the last day. Villa got thumped by an out-of-form Chelsea so that would have been a concern for O'Neill, even though it was away.

What games have Villa got left? Any games that look tricky on paper?

Re: Has O'Neill resigned?

apart from that, have they got the likes of the Rags, the Dippers, the Frenchies, the Spunks or the Snobs still to play?
