Online Forum 10 min rule motion

Three things here:

1. The administrator is already responsible for content as they are classed as the publisher, and this has been legally established pretty decently.

2. We're officially a US site and UK law doesn't apply to us. Or at least, there's a significant argument to that point. Specifically this site is hosted in Virginia.

3. Somebody is trying to grab one of those useless "look at the useless gesture I'm making, aren't I so great?" stories going.
What we’re an American site?......

Summat and nowt? Probably but politicians like to be in control and let's face it what with brexit they feel they aren't,it doesn't really matter where the site is hosted they can put pressure on service providers to close if they wish,we haven't got to the stage of some parts of the world where many sites are blocked routinely but you can be certain there's some in Westminster would like it that way.

I wouldn't worry too much, not many of those 10-minute rule Bills make it onto the statute book as they will usually be hard pushed to find sufficient time for debate to get through the various stages.
