Online Ticket Server Down?(again)

Anyone else having the same problem?

Want to buy my Bolton ticket online, but can't.

Either got to ring(booking fee) or go to the ground.

It was working earlier on - I got my Bolton ticket just after 9AM online.

What I did notice is that it said I'd only received 20 loyalty points rather than the 40 points I should get for being a Platinum member.

Only for cup games that...looks like the club have class the CS as a cup game.

I got 20 for bolton but 40 for spurs?

You should have got 40 for both. Ticket details for both fixtures say 20 points and apparently, "Platinum Membership is a step up from Gold. It rewards your commitment with double loyalty points on everything."

I only got 20 points for Bolton.

Club website states

It was down most of yesterday and really fu*ked me off. Ended up calling and paying extra 5quid for booking (x2 tick)! Then I get announcement from City saying postage dropped for Charity Shield! so now 10.25 (in total) down - now that's annoying! Come on City sort it out!

Their ticketing sales were down every other time I tried to use them one season. I can't think of a more essential supporter facility to get right. I've never had similar problems with music, theatre, cinema etc. I've never heard of these problems either.
