Only upbeat remarks on this post please.

We seem to be difficult to beat!

Jan transfer window coming up - can't wait! Even if we don't sign anyone, love the buzz along with all the ITK nonesense we always get!

Am I not allowed to criticise City on this forum?

Today, we was shit.

The only way we was going to play football was after they scored. I wonder who suggested that we should start off the game by invoking the old long ball tactic against Bolton?
Their first goal was a long time coming. Sylvinho was terrible. Our defensive woes will continue until we get quality full backs.

Mr. Hughes is like a toddler with slowly deflating armbands in the centre of an olympic swimming pool. The team cannot progress until we can get a manager who can motivate players when we are playing a team in 19th. We strive to be league champions. Compare our performance with Chelsea's at Bolton; now look at the difference.

However, I do recognise that after we went down to 10 men, we was a lot better. Maybe it was because the players were motivated. Why can't we start with an unremitting will to get three points.

Sorry if you wanted to shelter yourself from another blunt performance, but the eternal optimists need to see our inability to beat a disparaged club in 19th.

In business, you need to be ruthless. That means not settling for second best.

We have played 15 games and have got 26 points.

This time last season after having played 15 games we only had 17 points, so 9 points better off and that's got to be our benchmark surely. We have also only been beaten once in all competitions and have got a semi-final to look forward to.

That is progression in my book and gives us cause for great optimism. We need to work hard at it and whilst the money undoubtedly helps it doesn't give us a divine right overnight to win anything. This is a long term plan and we are still at the start of our journey so let's not panic and let's take where we are for what it is - a big improvement and only a good run of results from cementing a top 4 place - Happy days!

This time last year we where 15th (we went as low as 17th).....This season 6th why the panic??????????????

Because the knee jerkers want success NOW!!!! They have managed to get rid of countless managers over the years when we have had a bad run of form and they demand this does not change now.....also Hughes was a rag and we have spent 200 million+!! So we must win the premier league this year all they will hold a demo.....

I am loving this season
I think I have to go back to 1970 since I have seen City so good
