When I'm sat next to you at a match. Guess how much of a fuck I give when I get out of my seat ?

Live your own life and leave others alone

I'll pay for a meal that is more than a city ticket. And if I don't like the service or food I'll fuck off early

The **** sat next to me eating his steak can fuck off

Same at a game

I've got things to do. People to see

I may even go to a match for the first half because I've got a meeting or picking my boy up from his mums

But nooooooo. You cunts want100% support right there next to you so you can feel part of a bigger world and club

I support city for different reasons. Up bringing. History. Romance and for shit and giggles

Tell me not to leave and I'll throw my shit pie in your face

Uber blues do my head in. And I've been going since 1976

Fuck off

Stands up .... Applauds the above poster... Doffs cap , then leaves the thread 5 min early as I have to catch a tram to manchester in 15 min...

Calm down, I don't think anyone is having a go at individuals.

There is not another club in the top 6 who have so many early leavers as witnessed at the Etihad on a regular basis.

In our gang who stood and sat on the old Kippax we gave permission for two to leave early so they could get couple of rounds in at the social club, the rest of us had to stay to the final whistle we didn't have a choice :-)

If we beat Everton, we're in for two electric atmospheres. Even the most miserable old bastards will get behind the team, surely.

A guy next to me left when the extra time board went up v QPR. He must have still been in the ground when Dzeko scored, but kept on walking. He's never been back. But if you've got to go, you've got to go.

I feel fairly confident in saying those who are angriest probably don't even go

Or just rags on a wind up

The faux outrage on here is hilarious

For what its worth I do stay until the end, but I can't see how people claim to have a trouble free way home. Maine Road was a doddle, home in 15 if we parked on Parkside Road.

I'm sure people can be forgiven for wanting to get home in a time that takes less than the 90 minutes of a match. Obviously away thats different but at home, y'know.....

I'm calm I'm rhyming about cheese

Great post homie, but best we get back to the Cellar.
We don't really belong here, confusing these good folk with our common sense and logic.

I always stay to the end and attend weekday matches with my young lads but don't intend to 'score points' over fellow Blues - just feel sorry for those that dive out and miss some of the most important goals. I suppose some learnt the downside when they left just prior to us winning the Prem and then tried to get back in.

You pays your money you takes your choice....

You clearly have more important things to do than support City.

The most annoying thing is when twats decide they won't stay to the end but in leaving block the view of those of us who do want to see the full match. They'll meander down the stairs, pausing if there's an incident or chance seemingly oblivious to the fact they are blocking people's view.

If you're going to leave early do us a favour and fuck off at half time when you won't be getting in the way. Or wait for a proper delay in the action then leave quickly without any fuss.

100% correct
They insist on leaving early not bothering watching the end of the game so don't just choose to look at the bits you want to and block our views.
It's your choice to leave early
But it our choice to watch the full match and be able to actually see it
Stay to the end or do one quickly

In all seriousness this is so important. Get behind the lads for the whole 90mins (+ extra time!!) and bring the noise in these vital last two home games. The Hamburg 2008 and QPR games are just two prime examples of what an electric atmosphere can do for certain players who are running on empty and goes a long way to carry them over the finish line. Cmon blues!!!

Nothing more romantic at a football match than the twat next to you who shows up 5 minutes in and leaves 10 minutes early because he's got better places to be. Us imbeciles who are stupid enough to stay the 90 minutes must look like right mugs when you get home 20 minutes earlier and catch the start of Britains got Talent.

Don't even care if I'm picking on the wrong poster here or not, that attitude above is of a person I'd be forced to relocate my season ticket away from to avoid getting in an argument every game with.

The analogy you used of paying for a meal and comparing it with supporting City would suggest you know nothing about romance or the history of the club.
