Ilike Sunderland fans, excellent piece

An excellent down to earth fan by the sounds of it. Never once mentioned 'money'!! Seems like a proper football fan.

Good luck to Sunderland for the rest of the season BUT NOT when they play us. A great set of fans when I've visited their ground.

Will always treat Sunderland fans with respect. The Stadium of Light on the last day of 2011/12 was fantastic. Even though they'd lost, there was a sense of delight that we had 'done' MANUre. The cheer that went up when the score was put on the scoreboard was one of the highlights of the day.

And the first City match I ever saw was the '55 Final, so any enemy of The Barcodes is a friend of mine.

A very good read.

I think this game is difficult to call. Gus Poyet has got them playing pretty well and we are in the midst of a mini crisis. I will go for a very ugly 1-0 win, Yaya to score it.

Seem like a reasonable bunch those Mackems. Looking forward to the final and mingling with both set of fans...certainly won't be taking that game lightly. Poyet is getting them playing some really tidy football atm after seemingly being doomed for the drop only a few months ago.

For the upcoming game I'll predict 3-1 for us as we really need a win.

a rare case of Opposition view where the interviewee doesn't mention the money

good on him

It was a very good read.

Sunderland beating leeds at Wembley is a favourite memory, so was the Poznan when the rags were celebrating thinking they were champs :) better still it pissed off gpc.
Good articles those two.
