Is he taking the piss? Didn't they sign Chiriches last summer?

Also why would we play speedy defenders against them when we have Kun and Negredo ;)

Greetings from Cartilage Free Captain!

You're right, of course. This is what happens when I answer questions late at night after a couple of pints...

Chiriches and Dawson are not very pacey, so if/when we play a high line against City, the speed of your attackers are more likely to cause us problems. Dawson especially has good positioning, but if you lob a ball over his head and he's too high up the pitch it becomes more difficult for him to track back. We've given up a couple of goals this season like that already. My hope is that Vertonghen is healthy enough to start, as he can probably keep pace with the likes of Aguero and Negredo.

Good luck tomorrow, gentlemen. Do me a favor and please don't let Arsenal win the league.
We're trying our very best, you can return the favour and make sure the rags don't get near 4th. I can't decide if I want them in Europe at all TBH. Thursday night football or not? Hmmm.

Good work Ric, but I would have preferred THFC6061 and his technicolour flow-charts which prove that statistically Spuds are the most successful team ever, if you discount those who were better.

We did take four points off them this year, including three at Old Trafford. We did our part!

Haha, it seems everyone beings up the money thing in these opposition views.

Tbf, I think everyone had been fairly nice about it. Basically saying "Lucky that you got the money, easy way to the top. BUT club hasn't lost its vibe and atmosphere, also unlike Chelsea, money is being spent wisely and properly. I.e the academy etc."

Not too bad overall, seems less deluded than most spuds.

Because he's a septic and probably doesn't quite get it

This. The one we had on here before the 6-0 was more typical, a complete spunkwit crapping on about City not being as "illustrious" as the club that hasn't won the league in 53 years, and our trophies being "tainted".....etc etc

Good read. I didn't read that part about the "money" as Dustin saying it was his view, just that many average Spuds fans have that viewpoint. Seems he wasn't too concerned about it at all.

Overall, I thought he was fair.

Either way, I'd change the "transfer window" to, "Are you happy with your transfers this season?" Might eliminate some of the confusion.

16 places above them ideally.

Although we freely accept that might not be in THFC's control :)
