Can someone tell me if the orange car park is permit only please

We asked about it at one point as blue takes an hour to get off if you stay till final kick. If I recall supporter services said it was for hospitality ? But not 93-20. Can anyone confirm?

You used to be able to pay on the day (£10) along with the hospitality users (i've done it) but no idea if that still applies as it was 3 years ago!
