OS Logins

I keep having a problem logging into the OS, I can log into the ticket portal no problem but Cityzens always tells me I have a bad password. Are they different logins or is this a bug?

not sure whether different passwords are possible, but your best best is to click the "forgotten password" button and reset your Cityzens password to the same as your other sign in.
