I'm not even sure what they mean by 'running our top youth teams'? Jason Wilcox seems to be moving up to the EDS along with the U18's (sounds like a good plan), with perhaps some below moving up along with their respective age ranges.

Not just any old coach but the one who gets to coach the all conquering U16's, I'm guessing he'll move up with them when the U16's are moved to the U18's comps this season.

Rodolfo Borrell? Wasn't he appointed Academy Technical Director or some weird job title? Not really sure what title someone "running the top youth teams" would have to be honest
