Get this though, that team that started at the swamp has NEVER started for us again, not before or after.

Are you telling me that those 11 have never all been fully fit either before that point or since?

I don't think they have been: first was Richards injured, then Balotelli, then Kompany's suspension, followed by Balo suspended, etc., etc.

Obviously it depends on which formation I'd use, but me being a life-long fan of the 4-5-1 with a lone target man/striker would go with something like this:
