Our Fantastic Four...

I think it was Alan Shearer who held it as a savage criticism that we relied on the likes of Hart, Yaya, Aguero, Silva etc and that was really bad. The man has a really jaundiced view of the world.

(MIght have been Henry, one idiot merges into the next)

Silva is the only true passer in the quartet. Debryune is a forward thinker, but his passing isn't as crisp or as consistent as Silva (pr at least, when he was on form) Sterling and Aguero are generally poor passers. For this to work all have to be working at their strength. Silva and Debryune showed some deft combination plays against Watford. A couple of those plays got killed by Aguero, and one led to the shot by Kevin.

Kevin in the middle and Silva on the left is the way to go. Then Sterling can bomb forward on the right. His best spell in the game was the last 15 minutes he spent on the right before getting yanked. Sterling is at his best when he is running at players. He made a mistake once on the right but just pushed on Ito gear and ran past Hobelas with the ball, and I thought 'why do we even play him anywhere else.

wow, close thread hahaha
The longest all four have been on the pitch at the same time is 64 minutes in the Monchengladbach game and they've only been on together for a total of 249 minutes in the 4 matches where they all started including 16 minutes against Arsenal when Sterling came on before Aguero went off.

It's a bit early to say they can't play together. Give them 3 or 4 more games and they'll get an understanding and will be unstoppable imo.

I hope this happens, i think it will too, just hope it happens whilst we are still in touching distance of the title.

Four starts:
Borussia away W 2-1
Newcastle home W 6-1
Leicester away D 0-0
Watford home W 2-1

7 goals from Sergio out of the 10 we scored.

Cheers mate

I think the last 2 neither Sergio or Dave were fully fit and the first 2 you can probably put down to the team settling (and sergio not being fit for the first). Either way not a lot to go at nothing to worry about as of yet
