Our Fixtures - Now till the end of season!

My point was that when they have to announce the tv changes (5th April) they won't know which teams will make the Semi Final, or what day each side has to play.

So they SHOULD have City, Liverpool, United, and Spurs all playing on Saturday, and Chelsea and Arsenal playing on the Sunday. In reality I suspect they'll do what they want as per usual and caveat it to death meaning supporters can't make their travel arrangements until mid to late April (after the conclusion of the Quarters and after confirmation from UEFA which days the Semi Finals will be played).
Good point, the method behind my thinking was it could be a trophy presentation game (last game at home) and i couldn’t see that happening on a Friday night after the game and they usually save that for the Sunday.

Has the Spurs game venue been confirmed yet or are 'we' the fans getting stitched by them AGAIN?
I believe it will be played at the new ground, but they won't be able to sell tickets until it has been granted a safety certificate, and they wont get their certificate until after the final test event this weekend.

As far as I can see, I could be wrong, but if we qualify for CL semis we will have to play 13 games in the 39 days from cardiff to brighton games. That`s a game every 3 days and every one a final!!

Imagine if we hadn't preponed the Everton away game. Good foresight from the club.

I was going between 30th March and 28 April which is, in fact, 9 games so I was wrong. Either way, it will be football's greatest achievement if we pull it off

I think our chances of winning the CL are about 35%, our chances of winning the PL are 50%, our chances of winning the FA cup are about 80% and our chances of winning the Carabao Cup are 100%.

Does that mean that I'm estimating our chances of winning the quadruple at 1*.8*.5*.35 = 14% ?

Was it really. Crazy that.

Just checked - it's not quite that bad.

Sunday 14th Feb 2016 - home to Spurs in the league lost 2-1 (you might remember a terrible penalty decision against Sterling)
Sunday 21st - Chelsea away in the FA Cup lost 5-1
Wednesday 24th - Dinamo Kiev away won 3-1
Sunday 28th - Liverpool in the league cup final won on penalties

Is that right? doesn't seem much of a problem. So why did we play kids against Chelsea?

It seems amazing that we have only three PL fixtures left at home this season...it's just flown by. Hopefully we have one more CL game at home as well after Tottenham. What an incredible last few weeks this is going to be....I have all my heart medication ready....haha!!.

Apparently MP was gobsmacked when he was told that if we reached the SF of the FA Cup we would have to play Tues & Thurs in the final week of the season. At the time we were still strong contenders for the PL (partly on the basis that everyone expected Leicester to bottle it).
