It does seem strange that our dip in home form has come since the lights have been on for the games. Every time we have been done by a ball over the top. Could it be that our defenders are struggling to pick the flight of the ball as it drops down out of the light? Or is it just because they are shit?

It's definitely becoming an issue and I'm glad someone is shining a light on it.

I think this can be tied to the atmosphere thread. Nobody sings anymore because they're lit up like a Christmas tree and don't want to look like c%#ts. Also, I can remember how excited I used to get seeing the lights at Maine Rd from miles away....and the tension building in me as a result as i got closer and closer. Must have had a bigger effect on the players. The lack of atmosphere is the biggest contributor to our current dip in form. Whoever came up with the deaign was clearly a rag. Anthony Taylor doesn't work as a lighting designer in his spare time does he?

Oh there's a problem that the players have brought up all right............ or should that be all light? They just don't like having to get one of the ball boys to climb up there to switch the lights on, elf and safety don't like it. :-)
