Kompany, De Jong and Silva are all equally important; I'd feel a lot less confident playing anyone if you took one of these three out of the team, whereas it wouldn't worry me if you replaced Tevez with Balotelli or Dzeko, in fact I think we actually look a more balanced side when Tevez doesn't play.
