Our most indispensable player?

SWP?

Honestly??

I'm not saying he's a bad player or anything, or indeed we play better without him but, just look at our previous four games:

Sunderland (4-3) W
Stoke City (2-0) W
Wolves (3-0) W
Middlesbrough (1-0) W

Shay Given hands down.

Definitely Given for me, but Tevez is amazing at the moment and a guiding light for the entire team. But I'm unsure of how Taylor would perform at the moment, the little we've seen wasn't very impressive (albeit it isn't fair to judge him on that, he is an accomplished keeper). Without Hart though the answer just has to be Given, without him we'd probably be mid table with no chances of CL footie next year.

BTW I love SWP and he can be fantastic when he's at his best but there's definitely cover for him at the moment.

For me it's Given with Tevez a close 2nd. I love the way Tevez pressures opposing keepers when they are fielding back passes, they never have a chance to do anything even halfway creative.
This man speaks sense.

whats ya fookin prob with that???

Soul?

I'd go with Given or Ireland. I can understand SWP. If you don't think he's important watch how many times United foul him if he plays. It's almost as if they are told to take turns....
