In my life time:
1) Kevin De Bruyne
2) Sergio Aguero
3) David Silva
4) Bernardo Silva
5) Yaya Toure
6) Vincent Kompany
7) Rodri
8) Ilkay Gundogan
9) Ruben Dias
10) John Stones

I think that's roughly the order as well.
Special mentions for Fernandinho and Zaba.
Too early for Haaland.
Bell would get in there if I considered anybody older.
Marked Tevez down because of his antics.

Hopefully I'm not missing anyone blindingly obvious.

Of my lifetime:

KDB
Haaland
Aguero
Toure
Silva
Fernandinho
Kompany
Dias
Rodri
Bernardo

Colin Bell
David Silva
Sergio Aguero
Kevin De Bruyne
Fernandinho
Bert Trautmann

I think these are shoo ins but the older players are generally forgotten over time. Many of the younger fans would not know or seen videos of them. How many would put in Roy Paul (one of my Dads favourites) for example?

Dave Watson, Alan Oakes, Glyn Pardoe, Vincent Kompany, Bobby Johnstone, Mike Summerbee, Neil Young,

Maybe a poll to establish a list of players, possibly by position, initially and then let the forum vote
