Pep likes playing with a high line and since that tactic requires that players can't make any to few mental lapses Bayern's defense has been left exposed and compiled with the injuries and the change from a double pivot midfield which Jupp used to win a treble to a single pivot made a lot of Bayern can turn on him. Coupled with the not so flattering performances vs RM and Barca the last couple seasons.

So in other words Bayern fans don't like Pep's core principles. I expect he will get a very different reception at City.

So robben and ribery have retired then? Robben is actually getting better and ribery is still top class. Why would dembele go to a club where he is 4th choice, in a 2 horse league? I can understand one, but not both

It has been denied. Bit had it nor been, it is not so far fetched. Ribery and Robben will be moved over the next couple of years. They are old and Injury prone. 1 more year for both in my opinion. If Dembele keeps developing at a steady rate, he'd be as good or better than Costa or Coman in 2-3 years, more likely than not hwd be a starter by the time he transfers, or form 1/3 of an interchangeable threesome. Their is nothing strange about that.
