outlook mails bouncing back

Using the Outlook 2013 prog I'm suddenly getting any mails sent bouncing back with the message:
"Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Diagnostic information for administrators: Generating server: VI1EUR05HT035.mail.protection.outlook.com"

I can still log on to my account and send that way...

Work office 365 on browser is struggling to send/receive email. I guess it’s something up the swanee with the infrastructure.
