Feel free to merge but disgusted with the plan to create new corporate sections in parts of the second tier of stadium. Apparently prices will go through the roof to create a new corporate area. Just what are the club playing at?? Loads of us have sat there since we moved to the Etihad and now we will be priced out. Die hard, proper city fans sit near me and we risk being shoved out so that the club can create a few extra quid to accomodate idiots who know nothing about City. Plenty have had season tickets for 20+ years. Where is the customer loyalty?? Disgusting.

The club informed season card holders of this five seasons ago
Were you asleep!

I can understand the frustration of anyone being moved but I totally understand the commercial reasons for doing this. I would hope that if/when the club do it, it is done in a sensitive and understanding way. Those being asked to relocate should be offered a cheap deal on the new offering. If they have to move they should not be scrabbling about for shit seats at the front of level one or the back of level three. The club should work hard to ensure they get high quality seats offered elsewhere in the stadium and of course the chance, wherever possible, to sit with their friends.

They really don't care mate, 20+ years means nothing to the new way City do things. A few lads I go with were on level 2 and got moved a few years back, money is king now at City plain and simple.

its been common knowledge for a while now surrounding this change, i take it your in the East stand second tier, i think you may have relocation preference when the relocation window opens, i cant blame the club for extending there corporate services 'its what comes with success' but i hope it dosnt become like Wembley where they cant be arsed taking there seats up for the second half, with all these changes and along with the new stand it might have been a good idea to have consulted with fans but i'm afraid hard cash from the wealthy counts for more these days

Do we know yet what blocks?

Around 224 - 222 in the Colin Bell I believe.

If the club announced this 5 years ago it is news to me and also everyone around me.

With the stadium struggling for atmosphere and players visibly encouraging supporters to get behind the team, what the fuck are we doing by getting more prawn sandwich munchers in the ground?? We've been loyal and now it's time the club shows some appreciation.

Fucking hell, loyalty to fans went out of the business model for football clubs the minute they started producing business models for football clubs. Hopefully, as well as pricing them out of certain seats, the club will also be able to produce a lot more seats at affordable prices. They don't give a fuck about you having the same seat for 20 years, and certainly don't care about your loyalty (due to the fact that no matter what they do, your loyalty to the club will always be there).

If you can't afford the higher price, then you move to somewhere in the ground that you can afford. I moved from Level 2 when it got too expensive. Well I could afford it, but I thought they were just asking too much for the ticket (taking the piss actually), so I decided to move elsewhere.

They first sent out stuff about it about 3 years ago IIRC. But have been steadily increasing seaon ticket prices and charging extra for cup games since. I suspect they want people to move out before being kicked out.

Will be interesting to see how full it is next season.

Im in level 2 south and have been half expecting to be rlocated at some point.
i hope if we are asked to relocate (or pay more!!) - it is done on the lines suggested by didsbury.
Ideally, any one asked to relocate should get 1st dabs on the new stand or any available seats elsewhere.
Not a bad seat in the house imo!
