Ricky Vila's in '81. Not one decent challene on him from a bunch of tired statues in defence. Plus, he broke my heart!

I know im a city fan and so slightly biased, but i love this goal......... Great technique....

But the most overrated goal of all time is Brazil's 4th in the 1970 World Cup final. Scored in near enough the last minute of extra time when they were already 3-1 up in a game that was played at altitude in 34 degrees heat. The Italians had long since thrown the towel in. It was like a training goal.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

That's like describing Balotelli's goal against Villa as a tap-in.

+1 for Ronaldo's toe-punted free kick from 20 yards out against Portsmouth that was goal of the week/month/decade a couple of seasons ago.

And I've never thought that *that* Dennis Bergkamp goal against Newcastle was all that special either...

Rooney's overhead kick this season. He hit it with his shin. Alson hughes' against us in the 5-1. City's fifth was a miles better goal yet never gets shown.

if i could strike a ball with that much accuracy and force while upside down when i weighed 47 stone then i would be on £250k a week

It was WAY overated in terms of coverage but it was a great goal

Rooney`s goal was lucky, he miss hit the bloody thing, his shin pad should have been given more credit.

Sorry but that video just confirms what I said. The Italians were absolutely knackered in the searing heat at the end of 120 minutes. Nice finish but hardly a challenge made in the build up.

Disagree about Bergkamp although the one he scored Vs Leicester was better but doesn't get any where near the same coverage

Agree about Ronaldo as Elano's Vs N'castle was much better and from much further out

From this week I thought stankovic goal for inter was overrated good strike but keeper was out of his area had time and space to connect, which he did well but di maria's goal vs spurs was better for me
