In fairness people might be concentrating on the genre that the accused works within ie staying on topic. I agree though that there are plenty of music genres that could be seen glamourising shocking behavior.

Drugs sexual abuse violence religious fuckwittery........ its a long list.

Which is most predominant in 2024 would be an interesting debate but as i think most music after 2000 is shit I am no expert on the subject.

Yep, the issue is rich, famous, powerful men who feel untouchable because they make a lot of money for some even richer, more powerful people. And a crime that is very difficult to prove.

Having said that, it's worth not completely dismissing the link between the messages and the actions. Men are often taught that loads of women are basically the prize for success. They're not even seen as people half the time, particularly in situations where you might be paying them, or using your status as a celebrity to attract them. And in that sort of situation, you can imagine that it becomes very easy to treat them like shit even before you start talking about anything illegal happening. If you see women and girls as a sex object, are you really going to be considering whether this 15 year-old girl who's flirting with you is mature enough? Or are you just going to be thinking with your dick?

If you're a super famous musician who women are throwing themselves at, how easy would it be to let your ego get the better of you, and assume that someone wants to have sex with you even when they don't? And when you're also an extremely powerful person in the industry who can control lots of other people, how easy would it be to simply believe you can do what you want and get away with it because your accusers have no power? They basically operate how abusive priests would operate in the 60s, using their social status to ensure no-one would believe their accusers.

Because he can its usually as simple as that. I think Paul Newman said why have a burger when you have a steak at home.

Unfortunately as a nice guy he didn't realise if you have money and fame stopping off for a burger and having a steak later isn't a mad idea.

The reality is he was giving his wife a very nice complement. Top fella. Shame such a lot of the male species appear so morally repugnant.

As far as ive seen the only connection to Harry is that Diddy used his name as a connection/friend in an effort to legitimise his parties....ie "youve nothing to worry about, sure im friends with...|"
