Yes boys & girls, on Sunday June 15 in Rio's Maracana Stadium, Bosnia-Herzegovina will meet little Argentina in Group F... who do you fancy?

Who would you like to see win?

(and to get the ball rolling, if I've no money riding on matters I'm hoping for an Edin hat trick!)

Edin to rip them a new one with a hat trick. Then our boys in the sky blue stripes recover to go through the group and all the way to the final where they lose to England in a penalty shoot out with Joe Hart pulling off save after save and getting the gutless Rooney and Stevie Overrated out of a pickle after they both miss.

Milner scores the decisive spot kick.

Worth a fiver mate,deffo worth a fiver

I want Edin to be top scorer.

Kun second top scorer.

Negredo and Yaya joint third top scorer.

I want Argentina to win the whole thing.

I can understand this, and they'll be strong with the 'force' where our players are concerned & three of our squad coming back with World Cup Winner's medals would be galactic, but what about Edin?

(just think if Bosnia won it - and all the additional good things for charity & world peace Edin could then accomplish)

I'll be looking forward to watching this game, it should be a cracker!

Love it for Zabba if Argentina wins , Bosnia let's be realistic . They are not Greece ,they play open football with to much talent in attack and to much deficit in defense , for them passing the group is like medal, fist time on WC .England how much i love Milner that much i can't see Gerrard happy or Roney or other Scum players, Carric in squad , give me a break. At the end Brasil will win

On a personal note with City at the forefront, the sooner Argentina get knocked out the sooner the three amigos can come home and play for City. If however as expected they reach the final which is in the middle of July and then they have their 4 weeks off we will be lucky to see any ready for the start of the season.

I've never been much of an England fan - being too partisan to fervently support any other team (usually there's an England manager I don't like or a few players I object to) so I get behind the Irish, Scottish & Welsh teams, and most of the other underdogs at tournaments like this.

Whilst seeing Kompany win something would have been fantastic there's also the 'David Luiz/Marouane Fellaini' factor, where you never want to see such objectionable players winning anything, but flitting around with various teams (wanting them to do well in this tournament) with Argentina & three of our squad competing I hope to hell Pablo Zabaleta gets a winner's medal today.

there's no one I can think of who would deserve it more, and with Martin & Sergio also there it would be phenomenal if they can give Brazil one more black eye and pop the German's onion bag.

(with apologies to Fernandinho - whose salvation I hope is winning another clutch of club medals very shortly)
