I thought all the SmartArses were at Old Trafford. I have a flask so I don't have to pay over £2 for a drink of crappy Coffee!!!

nice cup of tea and digestive eh ...... ahh the only way to watch City.
Change your Monicar to Crapblabber?

I think you mean "moniker" ....... but most young people use the term "user name" .

Do they ever check the contents of flasks ?

I know you would get shot by the club sniper if you opened a can of Stella anywhere near site of the pitch, but surely some Blues must 'enhance' their flask of coffee in the winter months ?

I do the directors box every home european tie, i would not pay for it myself, as all the faffing about is not my cup of tea. Granted the seats are comfy and warm, but the atmosphere and the rig marole at the tables is too snobby for me.

I only do it as my brother gets a table for 'entertaining' and i always take advantage of a free game. The food in the buffet across the way in the east stand is much better a well.
what are the standard of the prawn sandwiches?

Mate a typical menu is a sorbet in a shot glass for starter, a bit of lamb so miniscule you struggle to find it on the plate and tiny dessert. The waiting staff hanging around like a bad smell to get you overpriced drinks is annoying to say the least.

Oh and btw i look like 'the accused' in a suit.

I can't remember if it was Oldham or Blackburn but I remember watching City there many many years ago, in their main stand up the side, and you could help yourself to little cushions at the back of the stand to put under your arse. You returned them into a big box on the way back out again.

Was a nice surprise upon taking my seat for the Swansea game,to discover it had gone from plastic to padded. Was also very funny every time anyone in those seats moved, and it sounded like they'd just let one rip.

Christ, how many of them would get launched if they tried that these days !!

Ye let's make the whole stadium like a corporate play area! Bring prawn sandwiches! Fold arms! Talk about soaps and wine!

Just don't look stupid by standing up, singing and getting behind the team!!

So everyone in these seats eats prawn sandwiches and doesnt get behind the team? shit I might aswell stop going, but then you would be moaning at me for not being a proper fan and the attendance being shit.

I think the original post was tongue in cheek, but if they did make all the seats padded, it doesnt mean those that want to stand have to sit down.
