If you don't know about Padel it's like a short tennis. But enough about that. In what seems to be an infringement of copyright, Padel England, who appear to be some kind of organisation to promote and develop the game have nicked part of the Premier League logo! It's not like they're some small club either, they're a national organisation.

Given the fact that you can't even write a list of fixtures anymore, I'm sure the Premier League, if they're not aware, won't be too happy about this.

There's a place just round the corner from me, but it's three times the price of pickleball and even more expensive that tennis. I'll try it one day, but I can't afford to play that twice a week.
Do you play tennis?

I have played a few times recently. Is good fun, though the prices for courts are a rip off. Great vibe at places too when sun is out.
As a badminton player, my skillset does not transfer.

Most people I know play it, some on a pretty competitive basis in terms of ranking. Never played it myself but may give it go one day.

I played a bit of badminton and squash as a student but only because I was trying to impress a nice young lady. Sadly she wasn’t impressed, so racquet and padel sports have been off the agenda ever since. Fifty years on, never regretted quitting.

Bit late to the party on this seeing as it's so popular now but played this morning for the 1st time at decathlon.

Really enjoyed it and already bought a racket and booked to play again next week.

Great fun, very popular down her on the Costa. It’s actually more fun if you’re just of an average standard, playing with a few mates. Had heard it’s a fortune to hire courts back in the UK, it’s not exactly gonna attract many folk if that’s the case.

It's about £40 an hour. It's really taking off at the minute, you have to book a few days in advance to get a court at peak time. I've played a few times at power league where there are 7 courts and all are fully booked up today.

Anybody up for a game at some point? FYI I'm a beginner
