A good team performance mixed in with the usual sloppiness. The ref was again poor barring the amount of injury time (although not good for the old BP)

Can I say that the criticism of Alvarez was wildly over the top today? He's being asked to play out of position, and there was no space in the midfield for him to work. He still worked his ass off.

Decent performance overall. It was a little too easy to get at us for my liking, but I was happy with our attack, considering they had ten behind the ball. It's good to see Grealish getting it going.

Great result in a mistake ridden performance. Palace really should have scored about 4 that first half with the gifts we gave them. Play like that against Real Madrid and we'll be out before the second leg, need to sharpen our game up but for today, result is all that matters.

Good second half performance unfortunately overshadowed by the last 15 minutes of the match. KDB, Grealish and Rodri were brilliant and now there is another headache for Madrid. Who plays in midfield?
