People saying Sane was poor, you do realise he had 3 players in front of him the entire game, right?

Because Danilo doesn't overlap and Gundogan didn't move at all, they were able to screen him. He did well considering tbh. At least he tried, whereas Bernardo on the other wing just stood on the wing. Fine, if the midfield took advantage and moved, but they didn't. Fernandinho was in his usual role waiting for Gundogan to come collect the ball like Silva would, but he never bothered. This allowed KDB to be man marked out of the game without any fear. We got screwed because Gundogan sat in space waiting for everyone to do the work for him, when the game was there for him to take advantage of by doing it himself. That's the difference between him and Dave.

Good result even though it came at a cost. Our team were below par today with the exception of eds,kyle (who was immense) and ferdy. Kun ran his ass off and was just unfortunate. We worked hard at times to craft out a result.

The loss of players is more of a concern and i expect we get on to the fa about protecting our players, last three games our team has been targeted by the opposition players intentionally. It s not good enough from the fa!!!!

I was watching puncheon during the penalty and he looked like he was just staring at kdb, then the tackle happened.

If we play them again I hope someone reminds puncheon of that tackle today

I think he was just turned away from the penakty, but what he did do realising that kdb had the ball and with his ability to counter and thread the pass, puncheon decided to take him out maliciously

Puncheon actually stands with his back to the penalty when it is taken and the proceeds thereafter to run at and hack de Bruyne. High time Guardiola and the club spoke out about it. In the strongest terms. The bravery of referees to book dissent but to allow career ending challenges to go deserves to be a continued theme.
