Phew for the three points. Really happy for Yaya. Immense considering he's not played any football in months

rest a few players for a champs league game , 3 points away from home , back to joint top of the premier league and bring back a world class player from the cold , not a bad days work . Bring on the jerrrmans.
 
Think ya ya would be a useful option from the bench to try and get a winner late on in the game. But even early on palace had more control of the midfield. We opened them up more when silva came on. Always looked shaky once kompany went off.

Something ironic about playing beautiful football against Everton etc and only getting a point then getting 3 today.

Yeah, felt sorry for the ref. He tried his hardest and still failed.
 
We've drawn enough matches where the oppo deserved fuck all so very happy to win a game where a draw wouldn't have been an unfair result.

About time and all.
 
The thing is this was probably our poorest performance of the season for me and we picked up all 3 points, we've played much much better and only came away with a point, it's a funny old game. I'm hoping the performance was a one off due to the international break disruption.
 
The ref was shite both ways to be fair to the bastard. We deserved the three points too.
 
Played shit really but delighted with the win.
Why can't we play our best team, smash them, and put the clangers on in the last 30mminutes to keep neutralise the game?

Oh yes, I forgot, we're MCFC.
