Palestine Action

Her links to Hamas and the people that fund them are starting to become clearer.

Must be more money in it for her than climate protesting.
You have to respect the grift from the
autistic doom goblin. Making a living out of being a rainman and memorising a script.

These idiots who march everywhere on a Weekend
People who should know better, if they want to get involved send them 1 way
To Gaza
People in this country are sick of them
They've achieved fuck all in 2 years of madness
Also there are many needy causes in this country without taking on the world, as if it will do any good in the long run, they are disillusioned.

There’ll be loads of marches demanding free healthcare back should your choice of politician become Prime Minister next.

It’ll be a super way to bring all the people back together.

They’ll forget worrying about how people want to identify and other countries’ issues when their families are dying and they’re bankrupt because they ran out of money trying to keep their loved ones alive.

The police let her go she is a Swedish national with autism we wouldn’t want to upset the Swedish government by holding her like Israel did.

You think you can go to Gaza just like that ? ……………… No one’s allowed in it’s a prison camp surrounded by twenty foot high walls with the IDF snipers overlooking the jail.
Many boats have tried to break the blockade but nothing is allowed in.

If it was possible most of the people demonstrating would go to help, the press isn’t allowed in, The Archbishop of Canterbury was refused entry to the holy land Jerusalem
Most, i'd be amazed if 1% would go if allowed.

Fact: Israel allows no one into Gaza hundreds of people would go and help the Palestinians during their horrific nightmare in tents.

Maybe the UK government would send direct aid but no one is allowed in so it’s pointless saying the people protesting should volunteer. Ignoring the fact Israel won’t let them in.

“Six Palestine Action activists have been found not guilty by a UK court of aggravated burglary following a months-long trial in connection with a break-in to an Israeli-owned arms factory.

All six defendants faced charges of aggravated burglary, criminal damage and violent disorder at an Elbit Systems' plant near Bristol on 6 August 2024”

All six young defendants 5 girls and 1 lad. A jury found them “Not guilty”

All defendants were acquitted of the Aggravated Burglary charge. The jury couldn't reach a verdict on the criminal damage charge. On violent disorder three defendants were acquitted, on the other three the jury couldn't reach a verdict. The jury also couldn't reach a verdict on the one guy (Sam Corner) also charged with Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent - that is perhaps the most surprising outcome, as (despite the prejudicial reporting about the injury to the policewoman) the evidence really didn't indicate that Mr Corner intended to cause any harm.

Even though these actions preceded proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist group, it sounds like the jury didn't really believe these actions were terrorism.

I expect Corner will be retried for GBH and get convicted given the video we’ve seen. Sounds like the prosecution didn’t convince the jury of the intent aspect.

The breakdown of the aggravated burglary prosecution is mad though - pretty much every security guard and PC had major inconsistencies in their testimony vs CCTV. Do they not get prepared to give testimony by the prosecution at all?

In evidence yesterday, Volante had claimed that Kamio approached him with an angle grinder. He was shown footage in which she actually appeared to be holding a sledgehammer, while it was Volante himself who appeared to hold an angle grinder in one hand and a small hammer in the other, and was swinging them… Volante agrees that at no point is she seen with an angle grinder, let alone threatening him with it.

The defence barristers also tore apart the video the police provided to the prosecution - which seems to have been edited prejudicially including reordering footage so it wasn’t chronological, missing important camera angles and omitting things like the security guard trying to attack the burglars with a whip(!?).

All round this is pretty embarrassing for the CPS and government. They definitely seem to have overcharged in order to justify the proscription and then done a poor job in court.

If anyone wants full court reporting to read through what happened you can read it here - https://realmedia.press/filton-index/

Won’t enjoy hearing reform voters telling us how this is proof we need to do away with juries for the next 6 months though.
