Strangely enough when I presented Joe with the Player of the Month award two seasons ago I asked him how he felt about standing alone for such long periods and how he kept his concentration!! That was when he had a solid defence in front of him though.

I hope, if he is dropped, that Vinnie has some encouraging words for him. He is the team captain and should be encouraging all of them and especially Joe at this time.
