Midfielder, well rated, plays for Metz in Ligue 1. 18 years of age, box to box midfielder.

Not sure about his price tag but agent was in England recently.

Are we after him? As it stands, I'm more likely to sign for us than the Rags, as I'm sure 99% is too!

Pape Matar Sarr is in my opinion better than the sought after Eduardo Camavinga in a DM role. Both very young, but Sarr has that slight more calmness on the ball and displays better technique.

If City buy this summer i could imagine City potentially loaning Sarr to Troyes for this season and then brought into first team to replace Fernandinho 22-23 season. Then the impressive Romeo Lavia from City academy could replace Sarr and go to Troyes for a season to get a higher level of football before returning to City. Lavia and Sarr would then be the future DM’s for city for potentially the next 10 years.
