Paper talk today that we will go for Bentley /Parker /Upson /Hangeland /Puyol dependant upon which paper you read.

For me, I know it's only paper talk, but if we sign either or both of the first two on 50+K contracts it'll be the final straw for me with MH & his cronies..

Firstly it's paper talk and every agent for a player who wants a move will be feeding this crap through to the tabloids for the next six weeks.

Secondly I remember reading the same reactions when the talk was of signing Bellamy and paying £17m for De Jong.
