Pappis Demba Cisse to Newcastle

Signing of the window. Im a huge fan of pappis, he's actuallya better striker than Demba ba and thats the scary thing. he was rated higher in Germany and back home in Senegal. Sad thing is you will hear people in the media act like pardew found a new gem no one heard of when he's one of the best strikers in the bundesliga. Great signing
 
I think he'll be another Demba Ba, maybe even better as he's more prolific in the Bundesliga than Ba was. For 10 million aswell, great signing. Newcastle are looking very well run these days, if they can get Ba and Cisse to gel, with the likes of Ben Arfa and Cabaye pulling the strings, they could be a force.

yep, and they want cissokho as left back as well. Which mean Santos will take the right back spot and Collocini and Taylor in the middle. they really are building a team with solid players...
 
Never heard of him and I bet most have not

You have got to admit he took a gambol with Demba Ba and it appears to have paid off, that does not mean that every player he signs will be brilliant player often can not perform in the prem to the same standard, we see it all the time.

I wish Newcastle all the best much rather see them up there than Liverpool

Pardew didn't bring Ba to England, it was Grant who signed him for West Ham, from Hoffenheim, and he was excellent for the Hammers, so it wasn't really a gamble, plus he was free.

yeah no one has heard of one of the best strikers in the german league in the last 2 years.....hell didnt even know they played football in germany
 
Yes, Cisse is quality and has been linked with bigger clubs than Newcastle! Cisse + Ba could become one of the league's top partnerships. Pardew is building some team but the problem is any enticing offers and Ashley will let their stars go. If they could keep what they have and add a few more players in the summer they could possibly push for top four next season.
