I always park just outside of town so if you have Victoria station on your left keep going till you turn onto Cheetham Hill road then you drive up about 200 yards then take a right where the new apartments are then straight to the end of the road where you will see a few car parks £2 for all day... A quick 10 min walk to exchange square where the parade gets there around 7.30 hope that helps

Are there trams running today? Walked all the way to Altrincham tram station yesterday to find no trams running, unbelievable on the day City are going for the title; also walked into town after match and saw none running on that line either, what a cock up by GMuPTE

Yeah it will be open. The upgrade work only closes lines on weekends.
